The Western Tour for Boys & Girls, Inc. is an independent educational and recreational tour for junior high students across America. Founded by RL Cockfield and Randy Gravely in Lake City, South Carolina in 1959, the Tour continues to be supervised by educators on summer trips.

Director Randy Wallace uses his vast experience with travel and young people to carefully plan each summer’s trip to the minute. The youth leave the Western Tour with a greater sense of responsibility, a broader understanding of the world around them, and a host of friends for life.

We are always looking for new travelers. If you have a friend from school, sports or other activities, please refer them! Travelers must be between 12 and 15 who can be away from home for 2-3 weeks.
